1.1. Shipping costs
The amount of these costs can be viewed at the time of payment processing, just before confirming the order.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : At the moment, Sr. Marqués does not ship to these locations.
1.2. Free shipping
If the shipping address is located on the peninsula or the Balearic Islands, the Buyer may benefit from free shipping costs.
1.3. Order tracking
If the Buyer provides his/her telephone number, he/she will receive an SMS after the purchase. , or an email, with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order through the following link: https://www.mrw.es/ .
1.4. Delivery
Once an order has been placed, the delivery time will vary between one and three (1-3) weeks, depending on the characteristics of the product purchased. Since these are products made to order by the Buyers, the delivery time varies completely depending on whether a simple product or a more complex one is requested.
ATTENTION: Due to BLACK FRIDAY, orders may also take longer to process. Please note that orders placed between 15/11 and 30/11 may take longer to process. Thank you for your understanding.
Likewise, local, regional and national holidays must be taken into account since, as they are not working days, the deadlines are extended by 24 hours.

In the event that some of the items in your order are not available, Sr. Marqués will inform the Buyer of the new delivery time, indicating the possibility of reimbursement of the amounts paid for the specific item(s), or of replacement with a good of similar characteristics of superior or equal quality, at the Buyer's choice.
In the latter case, the Buyer may exercise the rights of withdrawal and termination under the terms applicable to the goods initially purchased.
In order to optimize delivery, Mr. Marqués would be grateful if the Buyer could indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
Mr. Marquis only works with the MRW courier and transport company. As for their way of working, they have two delivery attempts. A first delivery attempt would be made and if there were any problems, their incident department would try to resolve it by contacting the Buyer to arrange a second delivery. If in this second delivery attempt there is another problem and the shipment cannot be delivered, the order would remain at the corresponding agency for 15 days to be collected. In the event that a third delivery is requested, there would be an additional cost indicated by MRW.
Once your order has left Sr. Marqués' warehouses, it is in the hands of MRW. Therefore Sr. Marqués does not control the order. If you have any questions or queries and your package has already left our warehouses, please contact the chosen transport company directly.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the address information provided. In the event of an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs that may be incurred.
1.5. Warranty and claims
All products offered are original products of the brand, and in principle without any defects. It should be noted that, as these are products made of leather, a 100% natural material, they may contain marks that come directly from the animal's skin. These marks are therefore not considered factory defects.
In the event of any defect or lack of conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the affected product, unless the latter is impossible or disproportionate, or directly a proportional reduction in price or termination of the contract when another lack of conformity appears after the entrepreneur's attempt to bring the good into conformity, the lack of conformity is very serious or Sr. Marqués states that it will not repair or replace the good within a reasonable period of time.
In this regard, Mr. Marqués will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three years from delivery. It is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from delivery already existed when the item was delivered. After this period of two years has elapsed, it will be the consumer who will have to prove that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery of the item.
As required by current regulations, it must be taken into account that items that have been made to measure, or include personalized elements, cannot be returned.
1.6. Defective products or incorrect shipments
In the event that the product is returned due to lack of conformity (defective products or incorrect shipments), the User will have the right to choose either a refund of the amount paid or the replacement of the product with another of identical characteristics. In such cases, Sr. Marqués will be responsible for the costs of shipping or returning the product.
Nevertheless,
- In the event of a return due to incorrect shipment, the product must be delivered with the packaging in perfect condition, the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition, and the product must be packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport, assuming the responsibility for any possible damage during transport. Sr. Marqués will not accept the return of the product if it is unsealed or shows obvious signs of use.
- In the event of a defective product, the User will attempt to deliver the product in the best possible condition.
The refund of the amount will be made according to the way in which the User initially paid for the purchase and provided that the requirements indicated above are met, and the amount may be paid by means of a discount voucher redeemable in the online store itself, at the Buyer's choice.
Although the return period established by current regulations is 14 days (counting from the date on which the business has been informed of the consumer's decision, the date on which the goods were received or the proof provided by the consumer that they have been returned), at SR. MARQUÉS we offer a 30-day return period for our customers' greater assurance.

2. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 103 c) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the purchase of products made according to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized cannot be cancelled.
In the event that a product has not been purchased that fits into the exception of article 103 c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, according to the law you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties except for shipping costs, as long as you are considered a Consumer and User. However, at SR. MARQUÉS we offer a 30-day return period for greater guarantee for our customers.
All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, with all their packaging and accessories, provided that this allows all the necessary checks and manipulations to be carried out to determine the characteristics and functionality of the products. The Buyer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the items when they have carried out any manipulation other than that necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the products they have purchased.
The returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the delivery note.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, and after checking their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the payment method used by the Buyer. Return costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
The additional cost of the return management fees will be paid by the User prior to the return, provided that it was returned by a means other than that indicated by Sr. Marqués.
The Buyer may also communicate to Sr. Marqués his desire to withdraw using the model provided below:
